Terms & Conditions

- Cancellation less than 2 hours before the pick up charged at full price.

- Cancellation 2 to 4 hours before the pick up charged 50%

- If the customer does not appear at the time and place for pick up, full charge applies

- Parking fees will be added at cost

- Waiting time charged at £30 ph

- 24 hour 365 days a year

- 50% surcharge on public holidays

- Special rates for extended hires

- Prices will change only if the passenger request the chauffeur to wait or to do an extra pickup or set downs, diversions

- Every effort will be made to ensure that vehicles arrive on time

- The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays that occur beyond its control

- For account clients, a detailed invoice will be issued at the end of every month

- Smoking is not allowed in the car

- All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate of 20%
